Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4628

Daily Devotional. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, (Job) is in thine hand, (you may do all you want to him and all his stuff); but save his life. Job 1:8 & 2:6. In this context, the Lord is “encouraging” Satan to go after His Faithful Servant, Job. Hold that thought. Thus saith the Lord God (again to Satan); It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought (against My People Israel): And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the (Jews) that are gathered out of the nation’s (from around the world, all together in one place) which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.  …. to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, TO TAKE A GREAT SPOIL? Ezekiel 38:10-12 & 13. (My translation). Hey Satan, look over here. Here’s your opportunity to wipe out all My Favorite People, at one time, in one place, and haul off the greatest pile of stuff you’ve ever seen. Think about it”. And Satan, blinded by Greed and total Hatred for God and His People, takes the bait and attacks Israel starting (and ending) in the Northern Mountains of Israel in what’s called the “Ezekiel 38 & 39 War”. Satan got a “taste” of victory against God and His People when he went after Job and all his stuff. Israel is the Motherload of everything God Loves, AND SATAN ACTUALLY THINKS HE CAN GET AWAY WITH IT? Many Preachers have said that Satan is very smart, but you wouldn’t see it from this perspective. BE CAREFUL BELIEVERS, Learn from this, and Greatly, Be Blessed
