Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4601

Daily Devotional. For the Wrath of God is revealed from Heaven AGAINST ALL ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, WHO HOLD THE TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. Romans 1:18-19. We last finished on the concept, “The Wrath of God against Believers”, and that needs to be explained. In this world, in a Believer’s everyday life, Believers have to battle sin, deception and outright lies everyday. Just the idea that Satan can TRY to plant a bad thought in one’s mind is a daily battle and can be put down, rooted out and cast aside before it ever takes root. That’s good. But when a Believer slips up and allows a thought to take root, the Holy Spirit is there to help cast down that Thing, IF WE WILL ASK FOR HIS HELP. Please read carefully. While that Thing is manifesting itself in one’s life as a sin of some sort, IT IS STILL
SIN, GOD HATES SIN, AND IF UNCHECKED, HE WILL COME AGAINST IT, WHETHER SINNER OR SAVED. Sin is sin and God hates all sin. BUT GOD, in His Mercy and Grace, has given us His Holy Spirit to dig in and root out that sin with whatever it takes in a Blood Bought Christ Follower who has stumbled in his Walk with Christ. To be clear, a Believer will NOT suffer the Wrath of God against him because of the Blood of Christ and Christ having taken all our “God earned Wrath” against us, UPON HIMSELF. Therefore, no Wrath of God against His Saved ones. BUT, He will use His Chastening Chastising and Correction, administered by His Holy Spirit to thoroughly, totally and completely free us from the sin that so easily besets us, whatever that may be. Christ walked as a man, SINLESS, in this world. He is our example of how to sinlessly and Victoriously in, with, and through Christ, as much as we want to. Christ won’t lose even one of His sheep. If you persist in a sin, He may “call you home early”, but you won’t your Salvation. That’s His Love, Mercy and Grace in action. Walk with Christ, and, Be Blessed.
