Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4618

Daily Devotional. Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM THAT BELIEVETH (that all things are possible). And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; HELP THOU MINE UNBELIEF.  Jesus … saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit… came out of him:… And His disciples asked Him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And He said unto them, THIS KIND CAN COME FORTH BY NOTHING, BUT BY PRAYER AND FASTING. Mark 9:23-26, 28-29. Here’s an expanded concept to the Prayer & Fasting theology. Yes, we understand that Prayer & Fasting is needed for deliverance from demon possession. So let’s call, (for illustration), Prayer & Fasting the “Big Guns”. If you have a Heart Attitude to live in a Life of Prayer & Fasting, why not apply it to EVERYTHING in your Life, in your Walk with Christ? This is NOT about how much and how often you do Prayer & Fasting, but that it’s a Way of Faith filled Confidence that you’re applying the “Big Guns” into every part of your Life. How much, how often, to what degree you do Prayer & Fasting is TOTALLY up to you. There is no right and wrong for anyone else to “judge” you on this. Fast an item, a meal, a day, whatever YOU decide will be Pleasing to the Lord. In one sense, you’re ALWAYS ready when a serious issue comes up, even deliverance, like the above dad, and “at the ready” with simple little decisions throughout your day. Christ was ALWAYS ready for everything, everyday. He walked and talked, smiled and wept just like you and I, no big religious show here, just keeping Christ at the Front of your Life and daily activities. Prayer & Fasting at YOUR “speed”, with you in charge. Keep it simple, talk it over with the Lord and you Two walk “in sync” into CHRISTLIKENESS. HE is where all the Power’s at and the closer you Walk with Him, the closer you Walk in His Power. What a Powerful Way to Eternally, Be Blessed.
