Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4641

Daily Devotional. Now we beseech you, Brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him, THAT YE BE NOT SOON SHAKEN IN MIND, OR BE TROUBLED, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the Day of Christ is at hand. LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU BY ANY MEANS: for that Day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. EVEN HIM, whose coming is after the working of Satan WITH ALL POWER AND SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS, AND WITH ALL DECEIVABLENESS OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS in them that perish; because they received not the Love of the Truth, that they might Be Saved. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4,9-10. Satan will be at the pinnacle of his “career” working through “the man of sin”, the anti-Christ, to do (at least) two things. First, to convince the whole world that he is God, and second, to try to convince Believers these their Faith in Christ is misplaced, that he, the man of sin, is the One they should trust and follow. Satan, through the man of sin, will pull out ALL the stops, he will do absolutely EVERYTHING in his arsenal to deceive “even the very elect”. Up close, with your eyes focused TOTALLY on the man of sin, he will look like the most amazing person to ever walk this earth with all physical signs and wonders displayed. He will hit you solidly with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, all based on physical, mental and emotional attributes of self, flesh and the old man nature. All this, if your eyes are on the man of sin. ONLY WITH YOUR SPIRITUAL EYES SOLELY FOCUSED ON CHRIST CAN YOU BLOCK ALL his DECEPTIONS AND LYING WONDERS. How much Christ in your life will determine how much deception you will or will not fall for. THERE IS NO DECEPTION IN CHRIST, and in Him, you will, Be Blessed.
